BDOS while PC is starting up

BSOD while PC is starting up

I am getting BSOD while PC is starting up. Problem does not happen in Safe Mode but does happen in Safe Mode with Networking so i suspect that something related to networking. I reinstalled Dell LAN Driver but still same issue. I have attached DMP file.
Please help.

can someone please help here ? I dont have pc where i can install windbg to analyze the dump to find out which driver is causing the problem.
