Autocorrect in Word

Word is stupid but I will not throw rocks at in my condition. I have Word 2010, the book and am running Word 2007. I'm working on my last gasp book and Word is not correcting. I've been in AutoCorrect and can't seem to find the problem. Since I'm not the the world's best typist (brain tumor). How do I get it working again?

Time to eat some more Texas slop.
