Well they recommend upgrade according to the compatibility center but since it works with Vista, odds are it would work with W7. If it isn't working, try right-clicking on the program's exe and in properties set it to Vista SP2 compatibility mode.

Another option, if you have W7 Professional or higher is to run it in Virtual PC - XP mode.
