Hi king64

Depending on which version you're using there was some audio out of sync problems with convertXtoDVD, latest Version is 4.0.9.322.

Then it may be the AVI files, i would try say a xvid conversion and see if you have the same problem.

Hi king

Is there a frequency setting for converting the audio?
DVD quality is 48Khz.
CD quality is 44.1Khz.

The AVI file could be anything and if not read at the correct frequency. The audio can be sampled wrong. Is there a way you can check the AVI file in a different program for the frequency and then check it with the frequency convertXtoDVD is reading from AVI file.

I just found out that if you right click the file and open properties. The details tab will show all the bit rates and sample rates. :)

Did you do a two-pass encode? Sometimes that will help.

I have been using ConvertXtoDVD for quite some time and so far, no issues.
