Application UI in windows xp is not properly visible in windows 7

I have an application working fine with windows xp with resolution as 1024 X 728
where as the same application UI is not appearing properly in windows 7
The right and bottem borders of the form is not appearing.
Applilcation is Windows application.

As Torrent suggested, first make sure you have the proper video drivers installed.

Is it possible to show a screen capture of both? I was thinking it may be possible that different fonts and font sizes assigned to windows text in the different OS's may be making the information wider or wrap differently.
