This is an old thread but I want to be useful posting this message. Net send command has been replaced by msg command in Windows 7. You can see the usage of the command here: http://www.technize.net/net-send-alternative-in-windows-7/
Or else just write msg in the command line and enter. This will give you the usage details of the command.
