Hi WayneRoughneckZ and welcome,

First download BSOD friendly MSE to your PC.

Uninstall AVG Security through the Control Panel. Then run this uninstaller in safe mode to clear up any remnants. AVG has issues with Windows 7 at the moment. This has been compounded by a recent update that has made some Windows 7 systems inoperable.

After AVG's removal install MSE as its replacement.

EDIT After reading your second minidump I see AVG has gone!!

Your ASACPI.SYS driver is well outdated at 2005. A replacement can be found here.

NVM62x64 should be updated link as should NVSTOR.sys

Some informative reading on 0x124 Stop errors can be found here.

Thanks for your time sir, was that Hardware fault GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR_BUS mean that my processor is busted? but I haven't overclock my CPU just plain stock clock
It relates to the CPU but does not 100% mean the CPU is busted - can be because of the motherboard or even bad ram/or wrong clocked RAM. BIOS and PSU can be the causers just as well. Crash dumps can't identify it further than that. What I recommend you for sure is to update those two motherboard drivers listed in my 1st post. Also I would install XP for better compatibility with the motherboard, and if it still gives you the same blue screen error then it's busted I guess.

111010-37923-01.dmp. I opened the first one in error. Actually I opened them both, shut the latest one and started reading the first one.

Hi Guys,

Actually I remove the AVG coz it's starting to annoy me, when I removed it from the system and use Nod32 everything went fine and crash again, when I use SFDiagtool it gives me two dump files so I send it both for your analysis. I'll try to update all those drivers ASAP! Thanks a lot I really appreciate it!

I agree. As long as Mr. Roughneckz gets sorted is all that matters. It would probably help me no end sorting the latest if I set my "Dumps Folder" to detail view instead of my customary large icons view. Especially when there are loads of *.dmps in the downloaded zip folder!

Unfortunately it's a hardware uncorrectable fault Stop 0x124:

Try another CPU or try this one on another motherboard. Check the power supply too.
