Advanced Bios page is blank

When I boot up I get a message
(Setupinfo) Value is NULL.When I enter the bios and then go to the Advanced page the page comes up blank thus I can not change settings.I have never seen this before and would be thankful for any advice.....New motherboard

What brand and model is it?

I'd suggest you use the jumper to reset the BIOS back to defaults to see if that helps anything. On modern boards most manufacturers will let you stick a BIOS update onto a USB drive and update directly from that, but you will need to check the manual for your specific board for how to do this.
