SOLVED adobe Photoshop CS6 problem..

i downloaded new adobe photoshop CS6 installation is completed...
but while i am opeing software it says configuration error:16
i visited the site ADOBE it says "ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore" but there is no folder on adobe..but it's not helpful...
& my problem here's the video link Click Here

From what I can find in search it is most likely a problem accessing your c:\users\{youruserid}\appdata\local\adobe ..., possibly because you already had an older version installed and it is having problems because old folders exist or a permissions problem where it can't write there.

Your best bet is to post your adobe logs at the adobe forums: http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop
