Adobe flash and windows 7

I have just installed Windows 7, 64 bit, and when I go to load a jigsaw from
www.jigzone.com it tells me that my computer is not able to handle the flash
applets required to do this.
A Google search seems to indicate that Adobe have yet to overcome the
problem I am having.
Is this correct or has anyone a solution to offer me please?

If you look in All Programs, you should have IE8 32 Bit & IE8 64 Bit. If
you need to run a Flash program, use the 32 Bit until Adobe releases a 64
Bit patch. (I have a shortcut for both IE versions on my Taskbar).

As it says on the Adobe site (http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/000/6b3af6c9.html ),
Flash will not work in a 64-bit browser, but will run fine in a 32-bit
browser in a 64-bit Windows system.

As you may not have noticed yet, Win7 x64 comes with TWO versions of IE8,
one 32-bit and one 64-bit. You can run either (or both side by side), but
the 32-bit version runs by default. To see when version you are currently
running, just click Help | About Internet Explorer. The 64-bit version says
"64-bit Edition" on the Version line; the 32-bit version does not mention
"bitness" at all.

You should find both versions at:
32-bit version: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe
64-bit version: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

You can create shortcuts, pin to Menu or Taskbar, etc., as with any other
Windows app, to run the version of your choice.

My solution was to use Mozilla as a browser when IE8 would not work, and
eventually all the time. That works out fine!

To confirm what others have said, I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64, and I
just loaded and worked a puzzle at that site using 32 bit IE8:
(C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe)
