Adding "open with".....

How do I add the choice "Open with" to the right-click menu? I need this
function since I work a lot with jpgs in an image editing program. I have
this function in both XP and Vista.

You really are impossible.
Right-click on a .jpg file... can't you see that it's already there?

No. Sometimes it would be there and sometimes it wasn't when I right clicked
on a jpg.
