Acer 4736z Quick Launch

I have problem in quick launch manager of acer 4736z. I tried to download the software both in xp and vista but it is not recognized.

Any idea to solve this? thanks

Did you run the setup files in compatibility mode?

It works! Running in compatability mode!

It works when i run the compatability mode into vista service pack 2! I was able to download launch manager for acer 4736z!
