64 bit windows 7

How do i get a program to work in windows 7 64 bit, the one i have used it in before was 32 bit, can i alter anything to get it to work in 64bit i have gone into properties and tried changing to administrater and tried compatability tono avail, can anyone help,much appreciated thank you.:confused:

Which application are you having problems with? Windows 64 bit should be able to run almost anything that was made to run in 32 bit. :)

Most 32-bit programs will simply run, some require installation with compatibility mode, and some, such as 32-bit Flash, won't run at all.

I had one dictionary that simply wouldn't run. So, I bought a new one that would run.

32 bit Flash will run on a 32 bit browser. Only in IE8 64 bit will it not function.

Thanks for the welcome, i am trying to run my craft studio Pro, it is a program used for card making, they sell it on ideal world the craft section, i have the previous one, but cannot get the new version to work it installs but then goes blurred, then message comes up, a problem has caused the program to stop working, thanks ian Anne
