I've installed the 64 bit version as an update, and have more headaches than I need, is there any problems with my license if I decide to switch to the 32 bit version or does it cover both provided I use the same key (I bought the 3 system update deal and have used all three, and this would be on one of the three systems) so its not like I'm trying to exceed my license unless Microsoftt consider s me locked into the 64 bit version.

Thanks

Yes, you can switch from 64-bit to 32-bit as long as you have 3 total installs. :) You may need to manually activate it though, but it's a quick free phone call to do.

When you say you installed x64 as an update, do you mean you did an upgrade install? If so, I would try a clean install of x64 as it should work fine :)

Alternatively, you could let us know what is wrong and we can try to help.

Thanks for your reply Ian, I had veedaz trying to help me out yesterday and I just keep running into issue after issue. This web site alone I've had to jump on my laptop to post my reply as win7 wasn't allowing me to get anything but the logon screen. I have no sound on any web pages anymore and I've loadded up the shark007 codec pack to see if that would alleviate the issue and it didn't, then the log on issue with this site, and I even tried to download the 64 bit media player but the system won't install it as it is recognizing it as an older version. Also when trying totype on blogs or even these posts the cursor behaves erratically. I did originally upgrade from XP and I believe I had done a fresh install as I fromatted the drive prior to updating (Through the install disk)

I've pinpointed the sound issue on web pages to the Flash Player and I can't seem to find a solution that corrects this from their site. The log-in issue is in the IE 64 bit version not when I run the 32 bit , but who knows what may come..

OK, if you went from XP and formatted then you've got a clean install.

I'm using Windows 7 x64 but I use the default 32-bit Internet Explorer as there are some problems with x64 plugins (like Flash). If you use IE-32 do your problems go away?

Hi, Nope, problems are the same with IE 32. Windows Media will play sound in a web page as I was able to find a site that uses it. When I tried a clean install of flash the installation failed to register according to the window that popped up. I have tried to look through adobe's site for a solution and there were a couple of issues with the player 8 or 9 but nothing that resembled 10. I tried to google the issue and found a couple of pages that gave me some additional ideas, but still no solutions. (some of the ideas were for removing directories, files, reinstalling, that type of direction.)
Thank-You
