I am trying to set up 2 monitors at my work station with a Gigaware USB-Powered VGA splitter i picked up from Radioshack.

I have all updated drivers, running windows 7.

In screen resolution I do not have the option of "Multiple Displays"
so the 2nd screen is only mimicking the first.

Windows + P does nothing for me.

Can someone actually help me with this? if you need pictures or whatever let me know

That's all the Gigaware USB-Powered VGA splitter is meant to do - it simply sends the same signal to two monitors or devices. And there is nothing for windows to send a second display so that's why it is not enabled; you would need a video card (or dual video cards) which supports multiple displays if you want different outputs.
